The Academy of International Business (AIB) holds annual meetings each summer (June-July) in various pre-determined locations around the world. Each conference features a combination of plenaries, panels, and papers.
The 2021 JIBS Decade Award, sponsored by Palgrave Macmillan, honors the most influential paper published in the 2011 volume of the Journal of International Business Studies. The award is designed to recognize the most influential paper published in the Journal of International Business Studies ten years prior and is presented at the annual AIB conference.
