Topic: Case study of recent M&A activity at Sodexo

Participants were invited to join the E-MBA Guest Speaker series to hear Ms. Johanne XIE from Sodexo present on experiences undertaking a recent M&A activity.
The workshop provides a case study on a recent acquisition that Sodexo has made. Through the case study, participants gained insights into core approaches towards M&A activity, with conversation focusing on the importance of the various communication and ‘human skills’ essential when navigating the many complex conversations that arise. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions of the guest speaker.
