The Greenhouse Gas and Dietary choices Open source Toolkit (GGDOT ) hack was one of series of events though 2018 -2019. The hacknights brought together researchers from across the UK and of different disciplines who are interested in greenhouse gas emissions.
The aim was to explore datasets, one of which was developed my the Rowett Institute, and to develop potential tools for estimating the contribution of food to greenhouse gas emissions and communication this to a wider audience.
