Description

Talk on the Mindful Heroes book which I co-edited with Dr Terry Barrett (University College Dublin) and Vin Harris. This book is a collection of chapters exploring the benefits of mindfulness in Education, Healthcare, Communities, Sport, Creativity and Business. At the Seminar I provided the context in terms of the origins and emergence of mindfulness and the University of Aberdeen's MSc Studies in Mindfulness from which the authors mainly came.
