Description

ACCESS TO VIDEO RESTRICTED TO SOCIETY MEMBERS
Whether you are seeking a promotion, specifically to a professorship in teaching and learning, or want to take advantage of opportunities in your early career, this session will help you to unpick some of the key criteria most considered for progression to professorship level, and how to build your case.

You will hear from Society members, Professor Frankie Macmillan and Professor Derek Scott, who have experienced this process as an applicant and reviewer. They will help you think about what evidence you could be collecting to show you’re meeting the criteria, and how to present this in an application. This will be a collaborative session, with opportunities for discussion with peers, as well as an optional 30-minute networking session afterwards.
