Please, use our contact form to request for CT-scanned images of shale rocks (outcrops) obtained Eagle Ford, Mancos and Marcellus formations. Features are:
Processed samples have been digitised, thresholded and segmented into four distinct morphological entities consisting of:
1) pores
2) organic minerals (kerogen)
3) shale grains (SG1, SG2, SG3, SG4 and SG5)
4) minerals
