    Research Profile

I am a PhD candidate conducting research on the characterisation of shallow marine systems overlying bedrock unconformities. I focus on the sedimentological and depositional aspects of coarse-grained marine successions in active tectonic settings or with strong inherited topography. My research has important implications for understading the evolution, type and preservation of sedimentary systems in transgressed areas around continental margins, epeiric seas and structural highs.
