Abstract
This paper describes a system that uses argumentation schemes and limited user input to automatically generate persuasive messages that encourage behaviour change. We have used this system in the domain of healthy eating, but are also exploring its use in other domains such as behaviour change for cyber-security. The argumentation schemes used have been selected and amended by mapping them to Cialdini’s principles [5].
