Abstract

The project European Youth Tackling Obesity (EYTO) has trained teenagers in nutrition, health and communication in order to promote healthy life styles through social marketing campaigns created by and for the teenagers themselves. The project has developed two practical tools —a guide for professionals and recommendations for teenagers— useful to carry out social marketing interventions to improve the teenagers’ healthy life style.
