This is the concluding chapter of a collective volume grown out of a research project at the Tilburg Law and Economics Center on the future of national legal systems in the era of globalisation. The chapter begins by providing a brief summary of the findings of each chapter, part by part, before setting out some more general conclusions arising from the work carried out on the project.
