Abstract

The title compound, (C4H8N3O)[H2AsO4], contains a network of creatininium cations and dihydrogenarsenate anions [mean As - O = 1.681 (2) angstrom]. The crystal packing involves anion-to-anion O - H center dot center dot center dot O, cation-to-anion N - H center dot center dot center dot O and cation-to-cation N - H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds, resulting in a chain structure.
