Abstract
Law is usually considered a textual phenomenon (Katsh, 1995). For example, from their first steps in to a faculty of law students know they will have to prepare for exams on codes and text-books. In their practice lawyers have to formulate opinions, claims or defences in a document or in oral statements. Judges are called on to write decisions which will be read aloud in court and published.
