Abstract

Objectives
i) estimate the MCID for EQ-5D in patients with chronic widespread pain; ii) estimate the MECD for patients undergoing cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), prescribed exercise therapy (EX), and combination therapy, i.e. cognitive behavior therapy and prescribed exercise together (COMB).
