Abstract
The solution-mediated synthesis and single-crystal structure of H3N(CH2)(3)NH3. Zn(HPO3)(2) are reported. This phase is built up from chains of vertex-linked ZnO4 and HPO3 building units crosslinked by 1,3-diammonium propane cations. The relationship of the title compound to known zinc phosphate phases is briefly discussed. Crystal data for H3N(CH2)(3)NH3.
