Key Note 3: Mindfulness

Abstract

This paper considers the case for introducing mindfulness meditation into schools. Research into the benefits of doing so, as well as arguments about the potential 'therapeutisation' of education are also considered. This presentation will also allow particpants to take part in a mindfulness practice.
