N2 - This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: The aim of the review is to evaluate whether simulation-based, multi-professional, obstetric team training results in change on the different levels of training evaluation. Change - in educational and real settings - of health workers performance (e.g. learning experience, knowledge, skills and team performance) and, especially, the impact on maternal and neonatal outcomes will be discussed.
