The study is not comprehensive on the UK due to not taking account of the operation of the EUPILLAR instruments in Northern Ireland. Datasets have been compiled for the civil and commercial and family PIL cases on the EUPILLAR Regulations before the English and Welsh courts for the period from 1 March 2002 up to 2015.
