Abstract
This piece provides an introduction to the collaborative consultation response programme led jointly by the British and Irish Legal Education and Technology Association (BILETA) and the Information Technology Think Tank (ITTT) at the AHRC/SCRIPT Centre at the University of Edinburgh. The consultation responses then follow in the rest of this edition of the journal.
