Abstract
The post-revolutionary period Egyptian political scene remains highly volatile, due to
the intrinsically fluid nature of post-revolutionary periods and also as a direct result of the new military rulers’ failure to agree and announce a well-planned timetable for transition. Despite this, certain trends have been emerging clearly since February.
