Abstract

We present a novel-method of increasing signal-to-noise-ratio and effective-resolution of STED microscope by combining aberration-correction and image-processing. We imaged 15μm thick mitotic cell and observed in-plane resolution of 118nm without filtering and 70nm with filtering.
