Abstract

The use of the Less Invasive Stabilisation System (LISS) in reverse position for the de¿nitive management of combined intertrochanteric and midshaft femoral fractures has not been reported in literature. We wish to describe a case where this technique was used and recommend its consideration in polytrauma patients.
