Abstract

Analyses Fleming (Richard) v HM Advocate (HCJ Appeal) on whether a 15-year sentence with a three-year extension period for assault and robbery of high value items of jewellery was excessive, and whether theft charges should have been discounted to reflect a guilty plea.
