Abstract

This, the second part of a two-part article, considers what constitutes particular vulnerability on the part of the victim in the context of sentencing sexual offences, focusing on rape. Discusses the implications of recent authorities for Scottish sentencing practice and calls for comprehensive sentencing guidelines on rape.
