We analyze the electrostatic plasma edge turbulence fluctuations in tokamaks. The probability measures of these fluctuations are obtained by the statistical analysis of a rescaling combination of the first Poincare returning time of a chaotic trajectory, which indicates that such fluctuation inherit typical low-dimensional dynamical properties.
