Abstract

We design a silicon nanowire embedded spiral photonic crystal fiber exhibiting a flattened, anomalous with small third order dispersion and a high nonlinearity and demonstrate supercontinuum spectrum of 500 nm bandwidth at 0.450 mu m wavelength.
