Abstract

A nonlinear problem for an intermaterial crack (cut) under a harmonic shear wave is solved using the method of boundary integral equations. A numerical analysis is carried out to identify the features of the displacements of the intermaterial crack faces and the adjacent interface surface when the frequency of the shear wave changes. The dependence of the crack opening, the length of the contact zone of the crack faces, and the contact forces on the loading frequency.
