Facilitator of a workshop exploring the 4 pillars of flipped learning - Flexible Environment – Learning Culture – Intentional Content – Professional Educator. Aim of the workshop: develop the integration of pedagogical approached flip across SRUC. FLIP aims to, through direct instruction moves to the individuals learning space, which then creates the classroom teaching space into a dynamic and interactive environment. During the workshop the practical and theoretical components of flipped learning were explored, a current case study from a 4th Year Countryside Management module was used to illustrate some of the techniques of FLIP followed by a team discussion on how FLIP can be integrated into multiple scenarios and subject specialisms.
