Presenting research and benefits of secular mindfulness to MSP's and staff at the Scottish Parliament
Part of a consortium of mindfulness researchers, teacher training organisations and CPD providers delivering a blend of research findings and mindfulness practices to Member of the Scottish Parliament. This event also launched training for MSP's and staff at the Holyrood Parliament and led to the formation of a committee looking at the potential benefits of mindfulness for Scottish society, particularly relating to health care and education. This is in line with the Mindful Nation report which was created by the UK Westminster Parliament in 2015.
