    Research Profile

My research interests lie in the broad area of corporate finance, with a particular focus on share issuance and repurchases, dividend policy, capital structure, and earnings management. I explore the effects of financial constraints, investor sentiment, and corporate governance on these corporate decisions. I also examine the influence of peers on corporate decisions, such as investment in research and development and trade credit. This research seeks to highlight the impact on a firm’s decisions stemming from the policies of their industry peers.
