Collaborations
Professor Yihdego participates in a UKRI £583,000 research and capacity building partnership project titled 'addressing governance crisis in the Horn of Africa, and works very closely with Addis Ababa and other African and US universities. He recently completed a 5.5 million Euro EU funded multidisciplinary research project concerning the governance of the Zambezi and Omo river basins; DAFNE project - http://dafne-project.eu/ Decision Analytic Framework to explore the water-energy-food Nexus in complex transboundary water resource systems of fast developing countries, as part of 15 universities and other institutions.
Dr Yihdego aslo collaborates on various projects with law experts, economists, hydrologists, environmental and political scientists and policy experts that are working in Africa, Europe and the US.
